The Journal of Food Science Education (JFSE)is published to serve the interest of individuals in the field of food science education at all levels, including primary, secondary, undergraduate and graduate, continuing, and workplace education. It serves as an international forum for scholarly and innovative developments in all aspects of food science education for faculty and students. The Journal seeks input, feedback, and contributions, especially from members of the academic community and from members of the food industry and from state and federal agencies who facilitate training efforts in food science.
